Farm First Model
We established the Industrial Hemp Farmers of America (IHFOA) in 2018 to collaborate with farmers for a coordinated expansion of our farming program, creating a win-win platform for American farmers. All of our 2018 farmers are shareholders of the company. With true supply chain management we provide genetics, SOPs, and equipment financing to allow our farmers to focus on what they do best: farming first.
Our flag-ship 1.9MM sq. ft. (41 acre) high-tech greenhouse is located in Paris Kentucky. With 3 Generations of experience as a vertically integrated indoor cultivator and mass-market retail distributor to companies like Walmart, we are poised to serve big-box retail distribution in America with year-round cultivation.

The Farm Bill Effect
What is the Farm Bill, and why is it so Revolutionary?
The U.S. 2018 Farm Bill was signed into law removing hemp from the Controlled Substances Act (CSA) and is now considered an agricultural product. AgTech Scientific's leadership played a grassroots role in supporting the passage of the 2018 Farm Bill.
Interstate commerce is now legal, and major retailers such as Walgreens, Kroger, Whole Foods, and CVS have recently announced adding hemp-derived cannabinoid products to their shelves. The Farm Bill has allowed banking institutions and the insurance industry to serve companies in the hemp sector. The United States is now taking a leadership role on the regulation of hemp derived cannabinoid products, and as a result, CBD and other novel cannabinoids such as CBG and CBC will become increasingly accepted worldwide as a food, beverage and dietary supplement ingredient.
